Labor Day 2013

2013-labor-day

Happy Monday Everyone! Today is Labor Day, the official day to remember the contributions that the American worker has made to the growth and development of our country.

You, however, may know Labor Day as the unofficial end of summer, the start of the NFL season, and the last day when it is acceptable to wear white. Whatever floats your boat right?!

Ironically, Labor Day is the day in which we celebrate the American worker, yet it is also one of the biggest sale days in retail, which means, not only are most retail workers not off, but they’re probably working longer hours than usual. Keep your head up folks…I’ll be right in the thick of it too.

However you decide to celebrate Labor Day, whether with family and friends enjoying some time grilling in the back yard or with some retail therapy, make the most of it!

Happy Labor Day!
