El Mes De Hispanidad / Hispanic Heritage Month 2013

Hispanic_Heritage_Month

Hispanics have had a profound impact upon our country, through their hard work, perseverance, and diverse culture. Hispanics have impacted almost every aspect of American life from business, to music, food, etc. There have been a great number of Hispanics who have served and currently serve with distinguished honor in our Armed Forces. Our country would not be what it is today without the Latino influence it has received over the past decades.

During National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 to October 15) we recognize the contributions made and the important presence of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the United States and celebrate the group’s heritage and culture.
