I had the opportunity to give a training session on Social Styles and communication today. As a manager, it’s one of my favorite learning topics and probably one of the most difficult ones to implement effectively. Yet the benefits of effective communication both personally and professionally are immeasurable and help to create both productive and engaging relationships with the people you interact with on a daily basis.
