I want to thank all my friends, family, readers, and Projecteers (yes I made that term up for my loyal readers) for what has been a year filled with many new learning experiences, new friendships, and new opportunities for me to grow both personally and professionally.
I’ll be honest, I really didn’t have a particular direction for this blog when I first started it in March of 2013, other than I had ideas about leading others, team building, and HR that I wanted to share. Over the past year-and-a half, I hope that the blog has become somewhat of a resource for your work-related issues and questions. I try to not take myself to seriously, although I admit that some of my writing can be a bit “heady” – I’m sorry! I’m still working on trying to find my writing “voice.” I’ve tried to include some light-hearted posts to lighten the blogs mood. My only regret this year was my lack of consistency with writing.
Even though life was a huge distraction from the blog (if only I didn’t have to work full-time!), 2014 saw three times as many visitors from the previous year! That’s awesome! I hope to be able to continue providing you valuable tidbits, my hope for the blog this year is to make the content more reader-driven. I’m looking forward to making 2015 the best year the blog has seen yet!
Lastly, I wish you all the best in the New Year, may all your hopes, dreams and endeavors come true!
